Parkview Technology Capital I LLC ("PTC") seeks venture capital, buyout and "special situations" investment opportunities in the Information Technology sector. PTC invests its own capital together with that of its investors in a variety of structured transactions designed to facilitate or meet particular investment opportunities or transaction requirements. PTC has a broad mandate and will not hesitate to partner with experts or other investors to meet its investment and risk management objectives.
Venture Capital. PTC generally seeks venture capital investment opportunities in the $250,000 to $5 million range and can provide both bridge and permanent funding.
Buyouts. PTC seeks buyout opportunities of companies with enterprise valuations of between $10 million and $200 million. PTC considers a variety of buyout structures including direct equity investment and leveraged transactions, as well as seller-financed transactions in which the existing owner maintains its equity interest and PTC provides new growth capital and management expertise.
Special Situations. PTC will also opportunistically pursue a broad range of other transactions, including PIPE investments, "activist" investments, restarts and turnarounds.
Parkview's fund strategy emphasizes investor "value-add" and creation of growth as the way to maximize returns.
