INVESTMENT FOCUS

Parkview generally seeks early stage venture capital investment opportunities in the $100,000 to $1 million range where our active involvement can help management achieve significant value creation. We can provide both bridge and permanent funding.

Parkview is not limited in its investment mandate, however, and we can participate in many other kinds of transactions both at later stages and for larger amounts, including buy-outs and special situations. We have investment flexibility because we are investing our own capital and that of a global network of families and individuals who have partnered with Parkview to co-invest (through Parkview's structured investment platform) in companies that Parkview is backing.

When we do invest, we can invest alone, as lead, or as co-investor with existing investors, other funds or strategic partners, either identified by management or by us.

Parkview seeks to be an active, engaged investor that provides its portfolio companies with dedicated, persistent support to help them discover, hone and achieve their business objectives and create significant value enhancement. Other firms say they do that, too — we mean it. Consequently, Parkview only invests in business opportunities where its involvement can add substantial value and where the company's management and other investors seek Parkview's active involvement.
