Sale of EarthData

Parkview recently acted as advisor on one of the most significant transactions in the sector - the sale of EarthData International, Inc. to Fugro N.V. (EarthData press release)

Over the last two years, Parkview worked with the owner of EarthData to develop a strategic plan and align the company's operations with the plan. Parkview thereafter managed the sale process from conception to conclusion. During that period, Laurent Ohana, Managing Partner of Parkview, acted as Vice Chairman of EarthData. Parkview's objective all along was to create value for the owners through strategic advice, operational support and effective execution of a strategic transaction.
