Mr. Ryng is a seasoned financial and operational executive with over 24 years of experience in financial services and entrepreneurial growth companies. He is a Partner in InXsol, LLC, an e-learning company that he co-founded.
In late 2005, Mr. Ryng, in association with Parkview, assisted the Board of EarthData International (EDI) in evaluating its operations and management reporting. In May 2006, he became the Chief Financial Officer of EDI and played a key role in the sale of EDI to Fugro NV in 2007.
Prior to EDI, Mr. Ryng was Business Unit Controller of the Financial Services Group at Bunge Global Markets. While there he directed the worldwide operations and financial reporting of the Financial Risk Management Group and various commodity trading desks. Bunge is the largest oilseed processor in the world.
Prior to Bunge, Mr. Ryng was the Chief Financial Officer at Inlumen, Inc. (formerly NewsAlert.com), reporting to Mr. Ohana (then CEO of the company). At Inlumen, he oversaw all financial operations of the company in the U.S., London, Paris, Singapore and Jerusalem. He also oversaw financial analysis of several acquisition opportunities, as well as the financial aspect of the negotiations leading to the ultimate sale of the Inlumen to Pinnacor, Inc. in November 2002.
Previously, Mr. Ryng was Controller and Principal at John W. Henry & Company, Inc. (a commodity hedge fund) and a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche in New York where he led engagement teams on audit, regulatory consulting and litigation support services to the financial services industry.
Mr. Ryng received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University in 1983 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
