Ms. Seshadri joined Parkview in August 2006 and worked with Mr. Ohana on executing the highly successful and intricate sale of EarthData International to Fugro NV in April 2007. Ms. Seshadri is a senior finance executive with over 10 years of experience in private equity and venture capital investing, and mergers and acquisitions.
From 1996 to 2005, Ms. Seshadri served as Vice President at Quaestus & Co. Inc., a boutique private equity firm, where she played a key role in the firm's investment and advisory activity. Among her assignments during her tenure with Quaestus was the incubation of Cumulus Media Inc., the second largest radio broadcasting company in the United States. Ms. Seshadri provided analytical support to raise $97 million in startup equity and to complete a $500M IPO and recapitalization. She also assisted in the due diligence effort for the acquisition of over 300 radio stations at total transaction value of over $1 billion.
Ms. Seshadri has also served in various interim executive roles with early stage companies including Vice President of Finance for Amuse Entertainment B.V., a Dutch digital media company, Director of Internet Services for Cumulus Media Inc., and CFO for Prolitec S.A., a French R&D company. She also served on the Board of Directors of Prolitec S.A.
Prior to joining Quaestus, Ms. Seshadri was an Equity Research Associate for Bantri Financial Private Limited in Bangalore, India.
Ms. Seshadri has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Bangalore University in India, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin.
